St. Columban’s

This project is the first of it’s kind in Australia and represents our inaugural, in school RV-12iS build.

Being built at St Columban’s in Caboolture, QLD, the project enables students to get hands on experience in aircraft building and maintenance in parallel with their regular studies.

Bringing together mentors, teachers, students and aviators, the build has been the recipient of generous support from local businesses, private donors and St Columban’s.

This build has demonstrated the camaraderie, sense of achievement and notable improvements in confidence and self esteem that this type of activity can deliver.

This aircraft will be flown in 2023.
